You believe that the statue of liberty, and innanimate object came to life, and believe in this fantasy, yet you do not believe in God who is real, because you say that is a fantasy.
You need to get your renditions straight.
1. SOL never came alive.
2. We did land on the moon.
3. there is nothing to be hypocritical about, because the SOL never came alive. you would rather believe a lie than the truth, which is really bad.

I could twist that around and say you're the one who believes in an invisible magical man in the sky who had a human son, and this son had super powers, could walk on water, heal illness, and you believe that there is an evil demonic entity called Satan actively trying to influence human affairs, and yet you can't believe that a statue came to life. We can SEE the statue of liberty. What's so hard to believe about it coming to life, especially when there is so much evidence?

We can see His works, and how complicated they are. So complicated that only someone could make them. Whats so hard to believe about someone creating (or designing as some like to put it) everything, as suppose to: "oh, things just happened by chance."? nothing happens by chance. not in real life. you don't have to look around far to beleive that.
bacon, it did not. if anything, your great-great granduncle was probably in WWI, and got killed, and the parents or whoever was angry about it, or didn't want to tell the kids why he wasn't coming home, so made up this thingamabob why. (I need to stop using the word thingamabob..)
it never came alive. there isn't any evidence. the stuff you do show is photoshoped. you can tell it is. its as fake as cloverfield.
and they're thorns on roses. big deal. it talks about thorns in the Word. don't believe me? check it for yourself.

someone or something perhaps. just because one doesn't believe in your religion doesn't mean they don't believe in the possibility of someone designing this crazy place. personally (although I'm sure you do not care!), I'm more prone to believing that we are insanely small in the grand scheme of things. what if stars and solar systems are like mere atoms to an even larger, more expansive existence? who knows!
why I am posting this.

Arlon, when the Statue of Liberty arrived in the united states, it was not possible to construct statues of that size. The technology didn't exist. They simply poured copper over a giant beast and pretended it was a statue.
