Mi mama es una maestra de espanol y nunca estudie con ella. De hecho, nunca aprendi espanol hasta que recibi mi llamamiento misional, lo cual dijo que yo seria una misionera hispanohablante en California. Entre un Centro de Capacitacion Misional y estudie espanol 14 horas cada dia. Y despues, salimos para California y aprendimos lo demas "on-the-job."

Soccer = Fútbol (or balompié, but that's rarely used)
Stadium = Estadio
To pass = Pasar
To score = Marcar
Goal = Gol
Goalkeeper = Portero (or guardameta)
Goal Kick = Saque de puerta
Defender = Defensa
Midfielder = Centrocampista
Forward = Delantero
Bench = Banquillo
Corner kick = Saque de esquina (or the more common anglicism "córner")
First/second half = Primer/segundo tiempo
Extra-Time = Prórroga
Penalty Kick = Penalti
Foul = Falta
Handball = Mano
Red/Yellow Card = Tarjeta roja/amarilla
Referee = árbitro
Linesman = Linier or juez de línea
Coach = Entrenador
I can't think of anything more.

Más o menos lo mismo que acá, pero yo estoy más acostumbrada a oir "despeje" en lugar de "saque de puerta" y "tiro de esquina" en lugar de "saque de esquina" Quizás también "tiempo extra" en lugar de prórroga.
Y se te olvidó poner la portería.
