Just because you wish not too, dosen't mean you have to abuse people who want to help but realisticaly can do little. I'm sorry, I support getting off my butt and actually helping people. If that's abusive to you, my apologies. I also believe people sometimes substitute actually helping for praying to avoid any responsibility for the situation. Praying does not equal caring. Praying is a religious act, a means to show that you care. We show we care in different ways. I can sit here and think "I care." Or I could actually make a positive difference in the family's life while showing that I care. 	I agree and even said so. I think trying to do something for that family is a wonderful idea. But the point of the thread was not just to pray for them alone, but trying to do something good for people here. Look, whatever else you think may be done, the point of this thread is, starting off, for the religious people here to pray for this person, and if others have someone they want to have prayed for, they can express it here. And whatever else happens, or whatever else you do, praying can't hurt. 	Yeah, I'll pray for her to die in peace, and that her family makes it through life, but I don't think I'll hope she improves. That's not a very good thing to get your hopes up for.
