Ok, I've seen the first main trailer dozens apon dozens of times. I am not considering watching the second trailer (the one that just came out) for fear of knowing too much of the plot/story.

The main reason for this is the Clone Wars trailer. That gave away too much.

I'm wandering what everyone's HONEST opinion is on my situcation baised upon what is previously stated and what is in the second trailer (those that have seen it already). is it in my best interest to watch the trailer or not to watch the trailer.

Thank you,

-JWK

Its actually not that good. Its not as long as the last ome, and doesn't give as much of the plot away. Its all about setting up some of the cooler shots in the movie. Like spidey sticking to an American flagpost on top of some building....

The 2nd trailer has nothing to do with the plot, you're safe to watch.

Plot? In a comic book film? tongue

I'd say the trailer probably shows all the major action scenes. Kirstin Dunst's....well Kirstin Dunst is about the only thing in the trailer that makes me not think the whole thing's a cartoon.

The Clone War trailer gave away about 1/10 of the plot.

A trailer has to give away some of the plot, otherwise people don't get asking questions which lead them to seeing the film.

And I personally don't think the new Spiderman trailer is that good, but I'll still see the film.

ya. it was basically the second trailer (the one w/o the world trade center buildings. God that was a sweet trailer) extremely shortened and horribly made.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with what's been said. You don't have to worry about being spoiled with the new trailer, but you might just want to skip it anyway. It's not that good. It actually managed to bring my anticipation for the movie down some, which is the exact opposite of what it should have done.

The first trailer is much, much better.

The first full length trailer sucked hard. That turned me off about this film. This second one is short but sweet. Some cool action shots.
