Here are a few things to help you remember
if you are.
1. Pac-Man
2. Atari
3. You remember watching ROTJ in theaters.
4. Original Nintendo cost about 100 bucks.
5. Cartoon shows were actually good.
You remember Sat. morning cartoons
And I really should be studying for my finals instead of posting here today.

I was born in 85, thusly I was only 5 at the end of the decade.
However, I recently spent over 5 bucks on an old Galaga game in the arcade. I swear its addictive or something!

I too was born in '85, yet I do remember much of what was mentioned. I had at least 60 slap bracelets, and adored my Rainbow Brite and Strawberry Shortcake toys. I had an Ewok plush, and watched Jem, Care Bears, Wuzzles, and Masters of the Universe whenever I could.

I actually still have my old nintendo at
my parents house. I was up there earlier this year & found it in the attic.
It actually still works.

I still have mine. But I sold about 40 or 50 of the games.
Amazing.

I was also born in 1970, and remember seeing ANH in the theatres.
Ah, Saturday morning cartoons...I recall them fondly. I miss good music with indentifiable lyrics...except for maybe "Blinded by the Light".
Before 1985 no one had even heard of AIDS and most people still owned a record player. And somewhere in that decade the world woke up and realized people were starving in Africa when music artists joined forces to collaborate on "Do They Know It's Christmas?" (UK) and "We Are The World" (USA) and "Tears Are Not Enough" (Canada).
Sigh...
