Actually Shorty = McNerf would make sense...
Not only would it account for Shorty's inactivity during the past year but I know for certain that McNerf was originally a sock. I even remember the thread where the name was created. It had something to do with us coming up with funny usernames that no one had, one of which was "McNerf-Burger" and within mins someone posted as the name.
But that doesn't necessarily mean they are the same person.
