admiral_thrawn60: my formating isn't messed up. i cut and pasted from a web site and it had capitals. i added the 'tech:' and 'caller:' bits and i don't use capitals, and so it just looks odd.

There's an instruction manual with these things, besides if you're stupid enough to let people trick you like that 4 times in a row (even when somebody said "shhhh" and "don't tell him" ) then it's your own fault;

I don't know... You have no way of knowing. He could be an 80 year old guy who's only get on the internet to send e-mail to his sister in Florida.
I just think it's unnecessarily cruel -- especially because you don't know the story of the person on line. You don't know if the person is mentally handicapped, very old, very young, can't see well, etc.
