I almost laughed when I saw the Traitor guy on the table and the music got all Dramatic. They could have ended that much better (a little more like ESB or something)

Those were some of my biggest complaints as well,
LeeKenobi
. I'm glad to see I'm not alone.
Also, what did you guys think of the music? I must say, it kind of bugged how that techno music cut in everytime someone started fighting... But that's a rather minor gripe.
EDIT:
merlin
just reminded me: the final "BUM BUM BUUUUUUUUUMMMMM!" music at the end was also pretty cheesy.

Also, someone in production obviously has a foot fetish.
During the Zion rave/orgy, notice all the cuts to bare feet......
Rediculous.
I didn't mind the music that much. It seemed to fit well with the action.
But John Williams could've done much better.

i was not disappointed by the climax.
i consider Neo frying the sentinels to be the big 'what the?' climax.
Smith on the table was just part of the falling action inherint in all stories.

After which, you will be required to selevt from the matrix 23 individuals--16 females, 7 male--to rebuild Zion
i was wondering how many people would be created from this, i mean how many kids can they have with out having to get into incest and stuff like that, sort of a math question i guess,
the rave scene was kinda cool, it showed the people of Zion more of as a tribe and not a city, but it did drag on to long

That was Smith on the Table?? I though it was that guy who tried to kill him before? I guess my "up side down" recognition skills lack something.

Which is hands down the coolest twist of the movie.

I think the dude's name was Bane.
Anywho...this whole talk of Neo, the chosen ones. Wouldn't it be neat, somehow, if the others survived somehow and Neo and them...did stuff.
It's a work in progress.

RE: Matrix: Reloaded, Revolutions and Animatrix (spoilers for Reloaded only)
Well let me chime in here. First off i really enjoyed the movie. Now let me discuss other stuff the way i see it. If something makes no sence tell me please i may have missed something.
1.The Architect scene is the most important, he explains that the Matrix is flawed and that Neo is the failsafe to allow them to start over again. During this scene i began thinking what if Agent Smith was a past "The One" Think about it, he was the super agent and he said Neo freed him maybe making his program remember what he use to be allowing him to mak copies of himself. This thought was reinforced after seeing the revolution trailer, when he says he has to beat him (Agent Smith) or something like that. Also you know that Agent Smith must have some greater importance than was revealed in this film.
Well that was my main thought about this movie that i think could be discussed upon.
The only 2 things i did not like about ther movie were:
1.I think the score could have been better.
2.I thought the scenes in Zion kinda dragged.
But other than those the mobie was great.

RE: Matrix: Reloaded, Revolutions and Animatrix (spoilers for Reloaded only)
I think that Agent Smith is an entirely new development. I think that while there have been Neo’s before – people with the exact same DNA and code fragments as Thomas “Neo” Anderson, there hasn’t been a rogue Agent like Smith before. When Neo did what he did to Smith in the original film, he made something new and unprecedented. I think that without Smith, Neo is a Yin without a Yang. There was no balance, and he failed.
I think that in Revolutions, Neo is going to be told he needs to defeat Smith to save the world. That information will be wrong. He’s going to have to become Smith. Instead of Smith infecting Neo and taking him over, they’re going to combine. Probably not willingly, but they’ll do it. The Neo/Smith entity will be both human and machine, living simultaneously in both worlds. Yin and Yang combined into the balanced whole. With absolute control over machines in both worlds, Neo will effectively become God. Just my pet theory.
Anyhow, a small note: Neo was sensing things happening in the Matrix while he was in the real world before the scene at the end with the Sentinels. He caught a glimpse of his future (though might be explained as a false memory implanted with his potential for powers). And more importantly, when Smith came out of the Matrix, Neo sensed it. He
knew
on some level, even though he wasn’t actually connected at the time.

Action? AWSOME
Special Effects? Unlike anything i've seen.
Story? Freaking Un-Real
Diaglogue? Makes me wanne pic up a dictionary.
that's a good thing.
New Characters? AWSOME! FUN,FUN and FUN!
Old Characters? Better and Badder!
Overall? The Best Sequel in a long, long, long time.
Revolution Trailer? OH MY GOD!!
These next 173 days till Nov 5th will be worse then waiting 4 years for Reloaded.

You could view smith as a corrupted program. Neo didn't destroy him because he couldn't be destroyed. He just "corrupted" him.
