I have to buy gift cards for my brother and sister because my mother about had an aneurysm when I said I wanted to just give them cash and be done with it. No, I don't understand what the hell the difference is supposed to be.

 

I don't need to buy anything because I am a gift to the world.

I'm pretty much done shopping. Like Yvette, I don't do my Christmas shopping when The Man tells me to, so I can enjoy the holidays more.

I've got to pick up one or two little extras for my parents (their big gifts have already been bought and wrapped), and maybe one or two stocking stuffer type of items for my wife and daughter.

I celebrate Christmas by meditating on the wonderful gift of Jesus Christ and how the knowledge of Him has changed my life and has the potential to change the world itself for the better. There's no reason for me to spend my money buying you a gift while you spend yours buying me a gift. We should just each buy what we want for ourselves instead of taking what we'd rather not have from someone else. There is not a single decoration in my house. I will probably spend Christmas evening in prayer.

Something like that, but only when they are getting socks for Christmas. I am a total Christmas freak. Lists and shopping start in July (Christmas music starts in August!).
