    SOURCE

Apparently, the title track was leaked a couple of years ago, but I hadn't heard it until today.

A new album? So in the afterlife you get to keep on doing whatever it was you did while you were on Earth. I guess that means Jackson is probably dangling a blanket-shrouded Gary Coleman off of the balcony of a Heavenly high rise right about now.

He was one of the greatest talents popular music ever had, but his personal life was a source of constant ridicule, especially by the press. He wasn't completely blameless, but his worst business decision (settling the 1994 case out of court) haunted him for the rest of his life. While tons of fans including myself supported his innocence, the media constantly portrayed him as a variety of twisted stereotypes, none of which were true. He had lots of trouble trusting people, and those he let in the most (the Chandlers, Arvizos, Martin Bashir) wound up betraying him. How much sanity would any of us keep, when all our efforts to protect ourselves kept backfiring after taking a risk?

As for this release, its 100% legit. Michael recorded so many songs at a level that most artists would consider finished...but his perfectionistic nature kept him from releasing them. Every album after "Thriller" was an attempt to reach that same height again.

No, but I read "Moonwalk", Jermaine's book "Your Are Not Alone" and Aphrodite Jones' "Michael Jackson Conspiracy". I'm also partway through both J. Randy Taraborrelli's "Magic and the Madness", and Randal Sullivan's "Untouchable".
