Benicio Del Toro (Che, Traffic, Guardians of the Galaxy) - Insanely magnetic screen presence, already looks half-alien.

Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai, Inception, Batman Begins) - Has charisma to burn, great at elevating scenes even in not-great movies.

Eva Green (Casino Royale, Penny Dreadful, 300: Rise of an Empire) - Very versatile actor with an exotic look who smoulders better than anybody else in the business.

Emily Blunt (Edge of Tomorrow, The Adjustment Bureau, Looper) - Fantastic action chops and intensity and a fine actor to boot.

Chewitel Ejiofor (Children of Men, Kinky Boots, Serenity) - One of the best actors around, with ridiculous range in drama, action and comedy.

Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy, Cliffhanger, Days of Thunder) - You want a perfect guy to play a bounty hunter? Then you want Michael Rooker.

Lena Heady (Game of Thrones, Dredd, 300) - Amazingly expressive with an economy of movement, does villainous or heroic equally fantastically.

Charles Dance (Game of Thrones, Going Postal, Ali G Indahouse) - He's Charles Freakin' Dance.

Taylor Kitsch would make a good bounty hunter/scoundrel/smuggler type.

 

Great call. He's genius in The Thick of It and In the Loop.

 

He is a great casting choice but I'm worried they'd just automatically cast him as a villain. Kind of like Benedict Cumberpatch. American audiences tend to see those two actors as "the sinister guy" when really it's only one type of character that they're capable of playing well.
