Although it's heavily implied, there's nothing in the rules that explicitly states that the entry has to be an AU. So technically, an alternate ending - e.g., a scene that the movie didn't depict - would be OK. [face_pedantic]

 

It is heavily implied and I think that the judges are looking for something that turns into an AU, BUT there is no rules against the story remaining canon.

@Ewok's Poet: It helps me right now. Right now in RL, my self- confidence is lower than non- existent. It reminds me that there is something that I can do successfully. That not everything I touch goes horribly, horribly wrong. Does any of this make sense?

I think the Olympic idea was very cool. Thanks for allowing me to participate.

The Olympics were enjoyable.Event one was my favorite and I didn't think it would be. I've never done the drabbles thing before. Three was something out of my comfort zone(I never worked in a group on a story before), but interesting to see things come together with contributions from multiple people.I wouldn't mind doing that again, hopefully this time nothing comes up/don't get sick again.

I'd be down for more challenges like this in the future. Fanfic winter games or world cup anyone?
