The Death Star. It was 3 levels with the huge machine gun on the top level and the trash compactor on the bottom level

The Millennium Falcon was a close #2 as it was so detailed just like the real falcon!

My favourite figure was almost certainly the vintage Han Solo - Bespin Outfit.

The Han Solo in carbonite figure was my absolute favorite, kind of disappointed how the carbonite snap in piece didn't close on the back but I still thought it was awesome.

I didn't get into SW until my early teens, so I didn't have many toys, just the Luke Jedi action figure and the 1983 lightsabers that don't telescope. The stuff I did covet (and still do!) is 1983 Return of the Jedi school supplies, puzzle/coloring books, paper cups, Burger King glasses, collector tins, etc. GIMME!

If only I could! I'd be charged with trespass now- as it was where I grew up now long sold. I wonder what state they'd be in if I was able to get them...?

A 2004 Darth Vader action figure I got for my birthday was my first star wars toy. Ironicly despite the fact Vader is now my favorite character I was more into Boba Fett at this time.

if they were in the sand they'd probably be ok.

it's funny, i remember that right next to the place i used to live they ended up building apartments. me and this other kid used to play on/around the giant sand piles they made during construction. i suspiciously lost quite a few of my he man figs in the sand.

the worst thing is now i think how damn dangerous it was for a kid to be there in the first place. i must've been a moron.

oh and of all the sins i've committed this one is the most grievous (get it). when i was a teenager and had lost interest in sw/toys my buddies and i made a video blowing up/burning some old toys including some of my vintage figs. :_|

this figure (who is one of the best) was lit on fire at the top of his head and it burned savagely like a candle all the way to the bottom. GOD FORGIVE ME FOR I KNOW NOT WHAT I DID. (it did look cool though.)

I wasa'nt around when the vintage figuyres were being sold. In my childhood the current star wars toy line was the muscular The Power of the Force figures, but I didn't care, they were Star Wars toys and I had a lot of fun with the line. My favorite one was Han Solo, since he was and still is my favorite character. But I also loved the Scout Trooper with the Speeder Bike, what a glorious day when I managed to find and buy that one.

OK, whose parents gave away all of their SW toys in the 1980's? I know my mom did a house cleaning one day in the summer of 1985, and gave away all of my SW toys as I still joke with her today that we lost alot of $$$$ that day! :_|
