Bardan_Jusik, why was I not informed of this 'joke?' You realise, I trust, that I Defriended Sinre and sent a parting shot of "Now that you're no longer a mod, I can finally say I was never really fond of you." Very, very awkward. Ha. Ha. Obviously that was a joke Sinre. I didn't mean any of it.

It was a simple prank, I think everyone else joining in is what made it really fun.

Yeah! I didn't like the people who dislike the EU. I mean I understand people who think a few plot points are boring or dumb, but not the entire thing. Well unless you are a purist and only like the movies and your dislike of the EU has nothing to do with Disney.

 

I told them to give my name if people complained because I was home and bored. I'm disappointed no one messaged me.

I'm more disgusted than the time I saw a homeless guy eat a dead rat, vomit it back up and then watched a second homeless eat the vomit because he wanted a warm meal. But not as disgusted as when I read a Kevin J. Anderson "novel".

 

A most wonderful prank almost ruined by falcon's creepy flirting or whatever the hell page 7 was.

 

Very, very nice. That was a well executed prank.

 

It was very odd. And certainly wouldn't be allowed if the subject was female.

 

So...what has been the greatest April Fool's prank that the mods have executed in the 18 years of the JCC's existence?

 

One year I was given colours and they pretended I was made a mod. People were not happy.

The next year, I gave my pw to a mod, and he actually did mod under my name. People were not happy.

 

Didn't Zaz accidently make harpua mod that one time?

 

Evidently "creepy flirting 101" is a prereq to join the Jedi fanclub, now.

 

I learned all of my flirting from A Night at the Roxbury.

 

The basic requirement for a prank to be successful here is for people to not be happy.

 

I just hate the very concept of April Fool's Day.
