What a load of ****. Conceded after 11 seconds. Any buss parking plan went out the window from then. Stop making excuses for the ****house, Richie, you're better than that.

 

Played too attacking, made too much space. Terrible passing.
Need to be more solid.

Going behind still could have weathered the pressing & played on the counter.
Going for it was stupid.

Probably should have gone with a 3 man midfield.

 

With the money they have spent and they players they have I'm calling BS on spurs being a better "passing" team.

United were caught out by the early goal and had to chase from the 11th second.

 

Sanchez & Pogba are the best passing players, everyone else is average when Mata isn't on the pitch (as is evident by the rubbish long balls being played all the time).
Pogba shackled playing alongside Matic, he couldn't go forward enough.

Been behind before and not played this badly, or passed this poorly.

José will be reactionary & enforce discipline, the ponderous rigidity will come back.

Typical Manchester Untied. Beat crap teams one week, lose to okay the next. Adding a £185m forward and expecting him to resolve issues is futile when the issues come from the manager’s set up in the first place. His style works well to park the bus, but it won’t win Manchester Untied the league - that’s for sure.

And for all the talk about the poor defending, jeez their midfield ain’t too great either, and offer no support to their defenders. But they’ll keep scoring a minimal amount of goals though, I guess that makes everything OK

The team with the better manager won, simple as that. Add him to the list of PL managers who could get more out of Manchester United than The Special Once. It's an ever growing list.

 

Spurs are more than an OK side.
They showed how effective they can be when they bother playing well. Just as they did the last two seasons.

As for Chelsea - What has Conte done to turn the players against him? They seem like they don't care.
It was more obvious with José, he had too many arguments with staff & players.
