    I'm pretty sure it's Jaxxon. He's wearing the same clothes as Jaxxon did in the comics, and unlike Furlag he's green.

    Furlag is brownish green and has pink inside ears. He also has dark areas around his eyes like the background character here. Jaxxon's ears usually looked much thinner too. Are they Jaxxon's clothes?
    I can see it as Jaxxon but I could also see it as Furlag.
