    So, I stopped by to check on this thread, and I noticed i hasn't gotten any activity for the past two months plus. It would be great to get it moving again, because this is such a fun challenge, but because it is...

    ... I didn't feel right about taking up on @Raissa Baiard 's tag above, since I have been reading and regularly commenting on (Not) the Ballad. So, any other takers? I would love to see this challenge active again! [face_batting]

    I was making my way through @Raissa Baiard's story, but wasn't sure how much feedback she (?) is looking for, as there has been a lot of feedback already in her thread.

    I’m not quite sure what you mean by “a lot of feedback already”; do you mean the total number of replies to the thread? Because several of those posts are actually subsequent chapters of the same story. At present there are only two people commenting regularly on the story, namely, @WarmNyota_SweetAyesha and myself, so the total number of replies in the thread isn’t necessarily indicative of how many commenters it’s gotten in all, if that makes sense.

    I'd be glad to have any comments on any part of the story :) When I made my request in July, there were only 4 entries. Unfortunately, this thread's languished since then and now we're halfway through the six-month DDC Half-marathon, so there are 12 chapters now.

    Would it be better if I substituted another story since this one is rather long?
