If they could sing, my cats would sing this:

If cats can play the keyboard, I think they would be able to sing.

One year our cat Imogene ate some tinsel hanging on the Christmas tree when no one was looking. We only found out she did that due to the dangling tinsel-turd-kabobs, which was rather humorous tbh.

 

Tinsel-eating can be dangerous for cats/dogs. If you have pets you might not want to hang the tinsel low. Pet Poison Helpline.

 

My cat keeps pulling out the ribbon from our trees and jumping into the little tree covered in Hallmark ornaments in the family room.

Stoopid cat.

 

If Marbles starts doing something she shouldn't, I try to distract her with a bottle cap. She loves playing with those like she's playing kitten hockey.

Sometimes, I think she thinks she's a dog, because she carries things in her mouth like she's playing fetch.

 

My last female cat would retrieve - if I threw something like a catnip mouse down the long hallway she'd grab it and bring it back

 

I had a cat that would fetch, drool excessively, and would sleep curled around my head at night. Probably a dog in a previous life.

 

Mine wasn't a drooler. Her brother had a passion for plastic supermarket bags though - he'd roll in them and lick them. Not sure why. She didn't have the same reaction - preferred catnip.

 

I refer to Marbles as a purrball, because she'll almost literally start purring as soon as you start petting her. Heck, she'll be purring as she plays.

 

Mine were both great purrers. Unfortunately neither is still around.

 

Her purring is so loud you can hear her from a few feet away, and it's so strong that you can feel it when you touch her.

 

Well after that initial tinsel-turd-kabob incident many years ago, the situation was remedied for future Christmas trees. Although, Imogene always maintained her dignity and rather passive aggressive response to any real life situation regardless lol.

 

My cat is the same way. My dog won't fetch for **** but the cat will pick up a plush ball, or one of those cat balls with the bell inside and drop it at my feet, then race off to catch it and bring it back.

 

Could you introduce me to Mr. Roland?
