    It would have been rather nice to get a third anthology move. An original trilogy, a prequel trilogy, a sequel trilogy, and an anthology trilogy. Poetry, etc.

    God, I just found this thread.

    Ewan McGregor and I were born the same year.

    I’ll be 55 in 2026 which means he can play old Obi-Wan.

    And all of you who are thinking you will be old while still younger than I am now...I’m doing a triathlon in three weeks, come join me.

    I always did find it weird that Lucasfilm OFFICIALLY announced an entire Rian Johnson trilogy before they even finished the trilogy they were already working on. I still think he will work on something Star Wars in the near future, but it looks like goalposts and plans are shifting recently in Lucasfilm and just from the outside looking in it is hard to see how he will get his trilogy unless it is nearly a decade from now (or his ideas got merged with B&W's trilogy).
