I think Lucasfilm have used all the animation Titmouse made for them. All the animation seen in the preview shorts have been used in their own short. Maybe Lucasfilm have ordered animation for a second "season". Maybe they have now hired Titmouse to do animation for something new with full 20 minute episodes which they are busy animating as we write. Or maybe Titmouse are fully booked and unavailable right now (animating The Legend of Vox Machina must be taking a lot of their team as the teaser looks top quality).

The trailer looks awesome and I hope they do. I like Niko Sword of Light and the Galaxy of Adventures was exciting. Even the slow episodes were pretty good.

 

I will admit that I skipped the "fun facts" episodes (maybe watched, like, 2 or 3) but watched all the shorts. Vader on Hoth one still wins for me.

 

Same here. For someone that knows SW already they were a unnecessary watch (I have been considering GoA to be just the animations, with the fact videos being extras). Of the animations, the attack on the Death Star was my favourite. The worst was by far Leia's death star "rescue" .

 

These were an unalloyed success.

Though I also skipped the fun facts stuff.

 

Any news on any more episodes?

 

I miss these. They were good. Damn, it would be nice if they got these guys to do an animated series with all that colorful stuff, and then have a comic book companion with it.

 

They ran out of ideas.

 

Or...they had a limited budget. And ran out of money.

 

Or on a Hiatus and getting more ready.

 

They're probably holding these back for October, to air when they release the awful 5 inch action figure line to go with them - remember, this was always a ploy to sell action figures from the beginning. It started with 3.75 repacks, and since the shorts were well received, they now get their own line of 5 inch animated figures... only at the cost of crippling the 3.75 scale.

 

I hope they got some more coming out. These are awesome. Fingers crossed
