Rogue One Poll: Who is your favorite character of Rogue One?

Why isn't Raddus first place?

Indeed. And I finally voted, because that vote count for Baze was way too low.

 

Not really a character per say, but probably the Death Troopers. There was nobody in the film I really cared about, cept for Leia & Vader at the end.

 

Yeah, we’ve heard.

 

I voted for Chirrut. I really like the idea of non-Jedi/Sith force sensitives or "regular" people who have some degree of sensitivity but aren't outright force users. Plus, he was just a cool character and Donnie Yen was great in the role; the whole cast was great.

Side note: I don't think it's really fair to include Vader

 

Upon many many many viewings of Rogue One, Chirrut Imwe is still my favorite. Baze Malbus has climbed the charts, though. Baze is challenging K2SO for 2nd place, for me.

 

Jyn is, in my view, the best protagonist in all of Star Wars. And Felicity is the best lead actor.

 

This is why I took so long to vote.

 

I really don't have issues with anyone getting votes. They were all great.

 

Good ol Bodhi Rook..he reminds me of me..a cog in a big military machine sucked in by patriotism/idelism and pays for it,..

 

K2S0 was too much fun. Vader gets the best scenes though.

 

Chirrut Imwe, he Is great.
I was a bit dissapointed that he wasnt a jedi, but its not so bad.
Loved it when he defeated all these troopers.

 

I was tempted to vote for K-2SO because he was funny, and for his surprisingly heartbreaking death, but ultimately I went with Darth Vader.

When I voted in the Favourite Solo Character poll, I explained why I was only factoring in the new characters. But here, I can't not pick Vader. His scenes were just too orgasmic. It really says a lot that he only shows up twice and has three minutes of screentime, yet he still managed to be as memorable as he was.

 

I had to struggle with this choice, but in the end I selected Cassian Andor. I thought he was a complex and fascinating character.

 

Kaytoo, Chirrut and Raddus take the cake for me.

 

That's a difficult question. I loved the defiance and resolve of Jyn; the moral struggle within Cassian, and the outspoken nature of K-2SO. I'll go with Jyn Erso.

 

While I still maintain my vote for Cassian as my favorite character in RO, Jyn has really grown on me lately for some reason. She might even be my favorite female character in all of Star Wars now.

 

I love Merrick too
And Vanee for a character only in it for 5 secs I love that scene!!!

 

Despite many of Rogue One’s characters having not much more than 20 minutes of screen time before dying, they are all way better than every single Marvel character - including those that have been in like twenty movies.
