Not quite. Here on the west coast we have about 3 hours to go until TLJ Day.

 

TLJ Day is here! I'm gonna be in the theatre in about 17 hours with my earbuds in, listening to something other than what people are saying. They'll be in until the trailers start.
Star Wars! Episode VIII! The Last Jedi! (That's been my cadence since seeing Episode I)

I realized tonite that my brother and I have seen every Star Wars movie released since 1983 on opening weekend *together*...and pretty much opening day. Quite the accomplishment I suppose.

 

THAT is awesome!!!!!!!

 

I'm staring down the barrel of just over 11 hours. I am losing my MIND! I'm gonna go home and take a nap after work so that I can sleep some of those hours away! I can't believe it's happening!

 

It's here!!!

About 7 hours until I go line up, 10 hours until the start of the movie.

Can't believe we've gone from days to hours now!

 

It's so bittersweet to see this. I loved seeing your count down these past few hundreds of days. lol

 

Is it too early for HS A SW Story Countdown..?

Two years ago today, The Last Jedi was released. It is still my second favorite, Star Wars film to this day. I will never forget the absolute shock and amazement I walked out the theatre with that night. Can only hope to have the same experience with TROS.

 

I remember walking out of The Last Jedi having conflicting thoughts, then it stewed in my mind before I went to sleep. I saw it the next night without the lofty expectations that I had, and was completely mesmerized. It's Top 3 for me!
For The Rise of Skywalker, I'll be seeing it Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I sure hope I like it the first time, but I have faith in JJ & crew.

 

going to start watching this tonight before bedtime and finish tomorrow before Rise of Skywalker.
