Is there any reference to where the massive resistance fleet came from? Any reference to surviving NR ?

 

If Palpaltine created one of the most powerful force users with Snoke why not create an army of them? Is Snoke a clone of someone or made from nothing. Can you clone other force users?

For me I think this film has the potential for more unanswered questions or plot holes than any other of the ST, but it replaces this perfectionism with a lot of heart, and for me having a lot of heart is more important.

 

Yep. Luke on Ahch-To, Han with Ben, Ben’s demise with Rey, C-3PO’s memory, etc. It’s full of heart.

 

I wonder how the prophecy of the chosen one fits into the narrative of all trilogies.
Is it canon that Palps made Anakin (using the force on Shmi's womb) in order to get the ultimate apprentice, but the Force sensed the bad intentions and therefore made Anakin the guy who brings balance to the force?
If so, is Anakin the one who brings balance to the force or is the chosen one this well known powerful Skywalker lineage, from Anakin to Luke, Leia up to Kylo Ren or maybe even also incl. the spiritual (non-biological) Skywalker Rey?

Or is the prophecy just something that's not real, just a myth that inspires (like a world view that's based on myths and inspires even though it's not real, just stories)?

And: Did Palps know about the Jedi prophecy?

And one more: Did Anakin not appear in the ST (to talk Kylo out of his dark side stuff) because Palps prevented that in some way? Because there would have been reason enough for Anakin to appear and tell Kylo that he is manipulated.

 

I do not recall Plapy talking about any Jedi prophecy. I may need more viewings, though.

 

So I'm a bit confused about Palpatine's motivations. If I understood this correctly he wanted her to kill him so his soul along with the other sith souls could transfer and be reborn inside of her? Like a possession where she would be the host of Palpatine and Sith of the past.

Am I correct? Or did he just want her to kill him for no reason?

Why would he be? He was irrelevant to the TLJ's plot - don't see how he would be relevant here.

 

Yes but not shown. It starts the film already fixed, and she has a new one on the last scene, but they do not show her making it as well.

 

I guess she made that one before going to Tatooine. Were my eyes deceiving me or was her lightsaber yellow?
