Rey was never integral to his plans. His plan was to kill all Jedi and take control over the Galaxy again.

When he sees the chance, he then wants to possess her, so the Sith can rule again.

And as soon as he absorbs the Duality lifes, he recovers his physical form and then just wants to kill both of them, as he now has no use for them.

Honest question, did you watch the movie?

So when smoke has rey and ren in the room in front of him why cant Studios absorb their energy right there and then?

 

Minor question but I can't wait until I see the movie in a week or so - Do we see Lando leave Pasaana? If so is it in that X-Wing in the UA video?

Couple off the top of my head

How do Jedi who are dead and have no ability to become force ghosts talk to rey?

How do rey and ben have the ability to BRING PEOPLE BACK FROM THE DEAD. The very ability Anakin wanted and Sidious said was only available through the dark side?

Why did Sidious son not become a force powered god like rey?

If sidious could have children and they be this powerful why did he ever need to convert Anakin or Luke?

 

Snoke is not Sidious !

 

Just how long has Palpatine been back?

When did Snoke take over the First Order from Rae Sloane?

 

What happens to Lando?

So why does sidious create snoke then?

 

How come the lighting destroys Sidious when he has had it deflected at him before from lightsabers?

 

Last time I recall this, Mace Windu changed his face a little bit during the lightning reflection.

 

How come Rey and Kylo Ren can force pull ships when Vader couldn't?

 

Exactly all it did was deform him so why is it suddenly able to kill him now? Are all the past Jedi spirits mean't to have obsolved into Rey? It wasn't clear really

 

Why did Kylo reforge his mask? We were promised an explanation, I don't recall getting one.

 

That, and the fact that Palpatine was using far more powerful lightning IMO.

 

Its strongly implied that Palpatine possessed Snoke.

 

Not sure about that, as I saw clones of Snoke in a tank. A clone is not a possession, is a clone.

 

What did he mean when he said that he has been Snokes voice?

 

I really hope we learn Rey's parents' names at some point.

Its not explained. What makes him recreate it seems to be the first meeting with the emperor.

 

He said he created him, something else entirely.

 

But why was Rey asked by Luke to kill Palpatine if it wasnt possible to kill him?

The point is by saying he created him, and showing other clones of him in a tank, means that Palpatine is not him, but is creating him.
