Does anyone know what kind of flowers were in Padme’s hair for her funeral? I’ve been searching for a little while now and I can’t seem to find anything besides ‘little white flowers that look like stars’

That might be it! I’m honestly surprised I couldn’t find it explicitly stated anywhere, it definitely seems like something important to have mentioned at some point... Thank you!!

It’s a morbid thing to like- but the imagery of her funeral and how she looks lying in the casket is so beautiful. It’s one of the prettiest scenes of the whole series for me.

No I definitely get that, her funeral was one of the scenes that really resonated with me when I first saw the movies. It’s all very Ophelia, she looks as though she’s floating in water...

I thought they were forget-me-nots, but the above poster is probably right that they’re Star-of-Bethlehems.

Forget me nots are actually one of my favorite flowers ! But they are blue, and the petals are a bit more rounded. I think the Star of Bethlehems is the closest choice (if not THE choice), I just wish someone had thought to ask this in an interview at some point!!

Not all of them are blue—though the blue varieties are the most popular. But there are white (also pink) varieties.

But yeah, the petals are too rounded.

    Another option would be jasmine.
