There is also reports that Kevin feige could also replace Kathleen Kennedy or just help develop mulitple Star Wars films.

I was reading reports two weeks ago from screen rants and I did not say it’s 100% going to happen.

I know that Kevin Feige is not taking over Lucasfilm but one day Kathleen Kennedy’s contract in 2021 will be up.

Yeah. And she just may be willing to re-sign, and they'd probably want her to.

If she leaves, it won't be Kevin taking her place.

Yeah, I’ve heard about Kathleen’s removal forever now, and she’s still there. She’s staying put.

It's far too early for such a thing. Even with all the hiccups (to put it lightly) it's only been about half a decade since TFA came out. Give it time. I doubt either way that she'll be leaving in the next five years or so.

I'll probably get a lot of flack for this, but I'm no fan of Feige or the Marvel films. I find them to be filled to the brim with gag jokes and the action scenes themselves seem very samey or uninspired. I hope that none of the writing issues that I had with the Marvel series are present in Feige's involvement. At the same time, I hope that that gag humor in the Marvel films had nothing at all to do with him. But I guess we'll see.

I like Taika as a creative, but I'm worried about the tone of his Star Wars movie. Like, will he have a 10 minute side scene of two minor characters just bantering? I think Taika showed a little bit of Tarantino DNA in that scout trooper scene in Mandalorian. By itself, the scene was OK, but as part of the whole of the episode and series, it stuck out like a sore thumb and took too much time and focus away from our main character. It was indulgent. It should have been a cut scene or used as an extended teaser for the episode or series.

They don't actively fabricate news like WGTC does, but they do kind of just report on whatever rumor is circulating around the interwebs, regardless of how substantiated it is.

    And they're writing hacks.

That said, I've always maintained that the worst news mixes truth and fiction together which makes it overall hard-to-tell which is which. That's ScreenRant. After keeping up with it for a while, I'm done with that website. They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to pop culture journalism... which is already pretty low IMHO.

I totally agree with you. I just don’t understand their popularity. The only one I’ve managed to make it through in one sitting was Iron Man 1. I still haven’t seen Endgame.

There’s no way Feige and KK are going to work together on any movie let alone SW.

Yeah, they're definitely working together, saying otherwise is pretty silly.

That's a whole other thing to Kevin being groomed by Iger to take her gig though.
