Have there been any reports at all about more Solo being produced?

Lando would be much more interesting.

It doesn't seem like there has been any talk of anymore solo being produced. although there are rumors of a spin-off with crimson dawn.

I don't think that means we won't see a young Solo or Lando again. i just don't see them having their own main leading show or movie anytime soon. maybe they will appear in another show or movie.

With Obi-Wan i have heard many speculating the show could go back to being a movie again.

Yeah I want to see proof that Ewan said the scripts were too close to Mando before I believe a word of that.

I am solidly on the side of keeping it a TV series on Disney+.

I think T.V is where it's at to be honest. You could have multiple shows going at once which gives the possibility of even more world building content. I for one am really up for that. I do love movies, but T.V for me can be just as good if not better even.

    Tusken Raiders? Yes.

A Tusken Raider with a lightsabre? No.

One of the good things that Disney have done is bury a lot of the comic book tripe.

Yes, but he's not really a Tusken Raider.

I don't know about going down the road of turning Tusken Raiders into what Jurassic World turned the Raptors into. Negotiating with raptors...

The Mandalorian has already humanized Tuskens. Which was a good thing, IMO. And as they are humanoid and clearly sentient, it’s not really the same as dinosaurs.

I saw that. There is too much of a drive to humanize everything and tame monsters in media. Tuskens were humanoid monsters IMO. JP Raptors were movie monsters and their intelligence made them scary. I would argue "Fallen Kingdom" attempts to humanized Blue the Raptor. As long as a Tusken isn't turned into a movie hero like Blue I guess its alright.

Totally agree, TV is the future of movies/serials. Cinemas have had their day and will become obsolete. The quality of TV picture is far better than anything a cinema can offer and all in the comfort of your own home.
I hear people say 'you can't beat the big screen of a cinema' but after 5 mins of watching a movie at the cinema do you actually ever think about the size of the screen it's being shown on ?
I'd say no, you just tune into the screen and what's being shown, size is irrelevant.

For some movies, the size of the screen matters.

Those also tend to be the kind of movies that don't leave a mark with me.

So take it all to TV.

Until Jim Cameron decides to make The Dorme Odyssey, on a 300 foot screen, in Smellivison.

    Replicate that at home, Disney+.

I personally like the idea of a renegade Jedi that Obi-Wan must confront as the main antagonist for the series. I think that is much more narratively interesting than dealing with the usual Imperial, Tusken, Jabba henchmen types.

The guy that leaked the DOTF script and John Campea are suggesting Kenobi is being retooled as a feature film.

Well, John Campea can be discarded straight away. He should be up there with linking to Grace Randolth, Mike Zeroh and We Got This Covered.

Given Iger’s comments about focusing on Star Wars TV I agree. Unless they’re absolutely desperate to fill that 2022 spot it’s staying as a series.

It seems and definitely great for Star Wars to be on tv format and the same goes with other franchises as well.

I also believe the Star Wars movie slowdown is temporary. There might be more in development that are in secret.

I don't think the Tuskens were ever supposed to be monsters. That seems like a xenophobic idea.
