Greetings! To spread some cheer (rather than disease), I have come up with this thread to do some discussion regarding comics, maybe some anime or other stuff thrown in if people want, whatever. Could do some contest or open discussions on who would win between X and Y, what team is coolest, discussions about what's going on in comics or MCU or whatever.

But this is "Soperman" and they are going to "verse" each other, which must mean Goku is facing some up-and-coming Kryptonian rapper in a freestyle battle.

Since we’re doing lists, I’d like to share my 10 favourite graphic novels/trade paperbacks in no particular order:

My favourite series is actually one that had gotten a bit of unnecessary hate online. The Mighty Thor. Loving every panel of it (I still haven’t finished).

 

I’ve never been a huge Thor fan, but I’ve read the plot synopsis for this series and it’s captured my interest. I like this take on Thor, mixing superhuman powers with human frailty. I might order volume one when I’m finished with my current backlog.

So on Instagram I get Batman movie related posts, some comic references. This particular came up and I checked it out. Its interesting.

It's called Batman: The Dark Prince Charming. It's a non canon one off story but I like it. The plot is basically a waitress accuses Bruce Wayne of being the father to her daughter from a one night stand, but he dismisses it. Trouble is Joker does Joker things and now he has to save the girl.

I'm not sure on Joker's design, but Batman's is like the synder version but looking better, also Catwoman is pretty attractive. Overall, the art style is really good.

This group did a like a radio drama/dub of the comic which I watched. Pretty cool. Check it out.

 

We should have a different topic discussion each day like; who are the best Batman villains? Which street level hero is the best hand to hand fighter? Which cosmic characters have the coolest designs? Etc etc. just a variety of things. And a different user chooses the topic each day.

Or we do ‘battle of the day’ and see who gets the most votes. That’s always fun!
