    I’ve been watching Disney+ and just chilling. Kinda loosing my mind bc I have been in the house for so long lol. It hasn’t been all that bad though, in some ways, it’s kinda nice to take a break from reality.

    Its cold and wet for sure, that's as polar as we get........the snow is in the Alps, the next state from us. Gale force winds, torrential rain, cold air, that's all we get.

    Laying in bed at 1pm on Mother's Day, having had bacon and eggs for breakfast (son) I am now eating Lindt dark orange creme (once again son - he knows his mothers favourite) while playing Cookie Crunch and listening to Sabaton. Mothers Day ain't so bad......

    UK Mothering Sunday (equivalent to Mother's Day) is in March. This year it coincided with the beginning of lockdown so people who were going to take Mom to lunch had to make other plans.

    I baked an apple and cinnamon Cake today,..........washing, cleaning, you know the same thing different day. Oh, I did get my flu shot today.....funny I didn't even feel it and didn't know I'd had it until she put the little bandaid on it! :eek: The doctor was excited to take another temperature, said he'd been waiting weeks to find someone with a temperature........sadly for him I was not it.....happy for me! :p

    I finally took the snow tires off Mom's car. It's the latest in the year I've ever done that. I hope I didn't jump the gun; we had a late blizzard only about a week ago.
