    @Vaderize03 , did your grandfather fly The Hump in Burma? I'm a retired USAF airlifter, so those stories fascinate me.

    I worked a little with flight surgeons a few times, especially when we were airlifting wounded in Iraq. Those were some of the most rewarding missions I ever flew.

    I believe so...he died in 1996, so unfortunately I can't ask him :).
