Sorry double post. Bit the Xbox event starts in an hour! Looking forward to some infinite game play myself.

 

Definitely a wide variety. I’m excited for fable and a lot more interested in grounded then I was before.

Halo is looking back on top from, hopefully it can redeem the campaign storey from the disaster that was Halo 5

I think it was probably one of the more stronger events Xbox has done in the last couple of years, and I’m loving the pro consumer Stance they have I. Everything right now.

 

Sounds like we will have another event before the end of the year, hopefully they will show what the Initiative has been making. Rumour is A perfect dark reboot.

in other news Xbox seems to be doing well on engagement, no doubt due to covid and game pass.

 

All sorts of stories about Halo Infinite are now coming out. Basically, the game will not be ready on time. Ray tracing will be added later. They might not even have freaking multiplayer at launch.

This is a disaster.

 

Note sure how true it is but I did here that the Coalition was helping to get it out on time.

 

I've heard of making weird decisions to make deadline but that takes some kind of prize.

 

I lol’d at the soft rock cover of X Gon’ Give it to Ya during the CrossfireX campaign trailer.

It was a decent show. There aren’t a lot of Xbox exclusives that excite me, but The Gunk looks great. I wish they’d make a Steamworld Dig 3, but I’m not mad at this direction.

Also, Balan Wonderworld should’ve been in the main show rather than the pre-show.

 

So apparently the build they where using for the halo game play was a build from January. Also the game will ship with Multiplayer and it sounds like there could be campaign DLC as well.

 

The only thing I care about is...FABLE is coming back! omgomgomgomg

This is exciting for sure, but it's probably a good 3-4 years out.

 

According to Peter Molyneux players will be able literally live an entire life in the game.

 

So interestingly, it seems Halo Infinite multiplayer will be free to play, further fuelling the rumours that Microsoft is getting rid of the paywall for Xbox live.

 

So am I the only one who’s getting fed up of the let’s play chicken on the not Announcing our price game that both Microsoft and Sony are playing?

 

No, we are ALL sick of it.

 

It'd be dumb any year but is particularly so this year. Meanwhile, the leaks will continue.

I will say Avowed, now I'm more intrigued by the world of Pillars of Eternity, plus GamePass, could potentially sell me XBX in a year or two.

 

Ok so I didn’t bring my xbone Scorpio or whatever it is with me to escape Laura to save space. Well sure nuff I get home to inspect damage and I got a branch pointing out my ceiling almost right on top of it and it’s covered in water. Well this close to new console I’m thinking I ain’t even gonna attempt to replace it and just use the insurance $ to get the new box.

 

So according to insider Shinobi, it seems a lot of the main Studios are having another round of Digital events this month, Ubisoft is meant to be next week. And Xbox is possible kicking off the Tokyo game show.
