    I know they're more focused in using the hearings to affect the elections, but I really wish they'd bring up Barrett's 'questioning the legality' of the 14th Amendment (or really any legislation passed in the Civil War and Reconstruction era, really) and how it is tied to segregationist arguments in the 1950s.
