CT One line that connects the PT and OT best in ANH IMO.

The one line that really bridges Episode III to ANH for me is definitely this.
"Luke's just not a farmer Owen, He's got too much of his father in him".
    "That's what I'm afraid of......".
I know this wasn't intentional, but it really hints, that all is not well in that department.

I wonder what the original audiences thought of that line. I remember being intrigued by Obi-Wan's reference the 'Clone Wars' and wondering what that was all about. I'm happy with how that ended up.

Originally it meant to me that Luke had that adventure gene in him. After ESB it took on a more ominous meaning.

Even though I don't think Owen and Beru actually knew exactly what had happened to Anakin, it was a pretty intriguing line at the time.

That's how I understood it when first hearing it back in 1977. Basically Uncle Owen was saying, "I wish that Luke was content to spend his whole life here on the moisture farm, like me. But I'm afraid that he instead wants to go zooming around in spaceships having adventures--like his father."

Rest easy, son, you've had a busy
    day. You're fortunate you're still
    in one piece.

I'd say the one that comes closest for me in an overall sense is:

Darth Vader: "...a tremor in the Force. The last time I felt it was in the presence of my old master."
Tarkin: "...The Jedi are extinct, their fire has gone out of the universe. You my friend are all that is left of their religion."

I've been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete When I left you I was but the learner. Now I am the master!

"Do NOT underestimate the powers of the Emperor, or suffer your father's fate, you will."

I'd also add Obi-Wan's whole conversation with Luke on Dagobah in ROTJ just after Yoda died.
