    Meanwhile, since subbing is taking up a lot of my free time now (and it was fun having my cousin in two of my classes today :V) I've just been working on improving my model stuff in my free time.

    (these are preview shots I'm sharing elsewhere for the hero ship (Constellation) of my long-gestating novel. Of which this is the third version.)

    It was nice, a week ago, now its snowing and the temperature is falling fast.
    Wish it could have waited a little longer, but winter is definitely moving in.

    I remember trick or treating in the snow when I was a kid.
    It takes a lot of snow to cancel anything around here.

    We don't get snow here, well once in a blue moon and even then its the lightest sprinkle that's gone in an hour. But we counter with 46 Celsius (115F) summer days, that gets hard.

    I wholeheartedly agree. We lost the Mars Climate Orbiter because JPL was using metric and another area was not, and forgot to convert. Yippee skip.

    It's easier, everything is in 10's!!! So much easier to understand. ;)

    Have noticed many of the ex Military here have grasped it, they have to if they want to deal with the rest of the planet.
