    I loved how much of a dork he looked like with the armor on. Like it didn’t fit him at all and I found that hilarious. :p

    I wasn't sure what I'd think of this character in The Mandalorian, but he was honorable and kept his word. Really enjoyed Cobb Vanth, and he definitely earned the respect of his townspeople.

    People are saying Vanth's story is different from the book? How, pray tell?

    Whoever has those spurs/boots found Fennec. Could be Boba or Vanth. More likely Boba because why would Vanth have been out in that area?

    In the novel he has a fight over the armor with a member of the Red Key Raiders. He also was more friendly with the Tuskens and they helped him free Mos Pelgo.

    Thanks. Well, I don't mind Favreau revising things to fit his and the Mando's needs. I like that his version of Vanth is less friendly with the Tuskens because it creates a better narrative arc. Our Mando is the one who understands the Tuskens better; that's the way it should be.

    Yeah, I don’t mind it because honestly I think Vanth was embellishing the story and leaving out details that might be less heroic than he wants to appear. As for the Tuskens... it’s been five years so a lot could have changed with their relationship.

    Almost certainly, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him be a recurring character in future seasons as well. You don't waste Timothy Olyphont on a one-off with no intentions of bringing him back. Not when you use his face.

    On closer inspection it looks too small to be the same engine. There are some other differences too. It could be based on the famous podracer that won the Boonta Eve Classic though.

    His first appearance was SO jarring! He looked ridiculous in the armor. Too tall, too skinny etc etc. Then I settled into the look and character and did a 180 :cool: Loved him! (Helps that TO is my favorite tv actor)
