Discussion What Future Star Wars Films Would You Like To See Made?

I would personally like to see a Star Wars movie where the main character is Imperial and the movie doesn't end in their death / switching sides.

 

Tonally I want something that feels like star wars I’m talking epic, Spielberg feel as well. And about the origins of the Jedi and sith go all the way back make it super fantasy and fun but also have its moments. how the sith developed I wanna see all that on screen.

 

I could use an origins storyline like the way the film 'Solo: A Star Wars Story' went but instead from childhood to the prequels. I really either want to see one about Yoda or better yet, about Palpatine.

 

So, just a story about how being Imperial is cool and there are no downsides to it, morally or otherwise?

 

No, it can definitely have downsides. I just said no death or switching sides, as that's already been done.

 

It could be done, just think of most German WW2 movies. Not sure if you could really interest all that many people with that kind of movie though.

 

Spinoff about the rough and tumble years of Tobias Beckett and his former partner turned adversary played by Matthew McConaughey. This will be filmed in 2008.

 

If it means we get lots of Thandie Newton, I'm in.

 

I have wanted see Kotor film but i feel TFA hurt it.

 

I would also love to see any film set in the era it would not even have to be about Revan
