I want my case to be heard in the JCC tribunal.
My map disappeared, but there are all the hints about how it was.
I mistook a single state, GA.
Maine had stripes in my map as well, as I explained here:

^ and this is why I ended up with one delegate of difference with respect to PG. Other than that, my map was equal to PG.

LB mistook two states: Iowa and Alaska.

I believe I am the rightful winner.

If you'd included Maine's "1 vote for Trump" wouldn't it have been 290-248, compared to PG's 291-247, which gave all of Maine's votes to Biden?

    Yours was 292 - 246.

    @Iron_lord
I was more bullish for Biden in Nebraska and less in Maine, ending up in a single delegate for Biden more. But it wasn't a fine tuning, as I admitted, my split of Maine and Nebraska was random.

    Fair enough.

    EDIT:
In which case, "Lowest Number of electoral college votes guessed incorrectly" would be the tiebreaker.

Wait, did we have this whole discussion of possible winners and nobody mentioned that if North Carolina somehow breaks in his favor Cor's also only off by one?

Yes, and now it's cost several people dearly in this, the most important event of the entire week.

I would be off by 2 if NC went blue, actually. Iowa and Georgia.

I had Georgia red and Iowa blue. I thought about resubmitting my map after that Iowa poll last weekend, but, eh, I made my submission.

I totally forgot what I picked so I think I'd just figured I was long out of this.

    Or *will* it?

Alaska was totally on purpose (gotta get adventurous). I will totally contend that getting the congressional districts also matters, though.

I believe that the best solution is to award ME *

*followed by whoever gets closest to the right number of delegates, regardless of the map.

I think it should be whoever has the lowest error as measured by electoral college votes (as in, total EC value of the districts/states missed, not just the final total difference)

Assuming you correctly allocated one Biden vote in Nevada and one Trump vote in Maine, then that currently makes you only 9 out (3 for Alaska, 6 for Iowa) and would put you in the lead.

(If all currently undecided states go the way they're currently going, at least).

If Joe Biden becomes the first Democrat to win Alaska since LBJ's crushing 1964 electoral performance I'll eat my subsequent meal at the time I usually eat such things. Maybe order some gulaš or something.

I knew that someone would have called my bluff. It's fair and I think you win.

So how do we determine the winner? Closest number? Most correct states?

I believe that Lowbacca has the right method. You sum the number of delegates of the wrong states and the winner is the lowest number, which is Lowbacca (Iowa + Alaska)
