Amber Heard is a verbal and physical abuser. That doesn't make his violence okay, but she's not being punished whatsoever while he is.

 

You barely have to do any. You couldn’t be on Reddit without the tapes of hours of recordings of their conversations. I never listened to it all. 10 minutes was enough to know they were both wrong. I am just mad that she is still an ambassador for the ACLU.

The fact that she gets to stay on her projects while Depp could not is also just crazy to me. If they are both equally ****** and honestly I don’t think they are, but I do think both should be done with Hollywood. Why anyone would hire either is very questionable. But Hollywood has never given a **** about domestic abuse. They only cut ties when it’s no longer profitable.

Yep. The Civil trial ended up being a tremendous blunder, an amazing strategy mistake. In the end the way the judge ruled was harsher than everybody expected ( that's why WB cut ties with Depp) and the reasons of the ruling could be used in his wx-wife case.
Do you remember the OJ Simpson case? The Grand Jury let him go in the criminal case but the civil lawsuit the Brown Familiy sued found him "guilty" and this jury in the trial awarded Brown and Simpson's children, Sydney and Justin (Brown's only children), $12.6 million from their father as recipients of their mother's estate. The victims' families were awarded $33.5 million in compensatory and punitive damages, thereby finding Simpson "responsible" for the respective murders.
Here is basicly the same situation, but instead it was Depp the dumb arse who asked for the civil trial. And this trial result is way prior to the final divorce ruling and will be used against him, because he already is found "responsible" about the abuse allegations!.In the end Depp produced prove against himself.
