Edit: actually, now that I think about it, the first post has an ambiguity. I should be at 6 points after all, if I don’t get a default point when it’s my round. There’s a sentence in the first post that makes it a little unclear

 

The way this is written, it almost seems like the person whose round it is gets an automatic point from the show they put forward, but I don’t think that’s the intention—the “you” goes from a singular to a general “you” meaning when it’s not your round, you get a point for not having seen something that someone else suggested. I think.

 

That's how I interpreted the line originally, as a point for participation.

Sorry guys about the wording. Cor is correct and I am also correct. When it's your turn, you don't get a default point. You will only get points from other people having seen the thing, when you're up.
