JCC The More Likes Than Posts Club

This is the exclusive club for people who have more likes than posts. That means that in general the stuff you post is stuff a lot of people here enjoy. People who aren't part of this club can still post but as they say, service guarantees citizenship!

For those who are part of this club, be aware that special mention goes to those of us who had accounts with a lot of posts prior to the new boards and the creation of the "like" feature.

 

Meh I had an account where I posted a lot for five whole years before you registered Viv. So no I won't ever reach more likes than posts. Just had way too many IGN board posts.

 

No, no, no, you're doing it wrong, you're supposed to immediately start demanding that MS make lots of trophies to reward you for having more likes than posts, and actually when you think about it shouldn't "best likes to posts ratio" be the real default leader board on the Members page? God this is the sloppy conduct I guess I should've expected from a neophyte in the ranks.

You should respect your more likes than posts elders you whippersnapper. Registration date? It's all about that 1 vs 1 trophy that definitely needed to exist award date.

I would probably be the king of dislikes if that was a category.

 

It's not my fault I made the majority of my posts before likes were implemented.

 

Oh, I dunno, don't you think we should all use our common background of people clicking a button under our posts to start constantly PMing the mods to make a 3 to 1 likes to post ratio trophy? And hell, why stop there? Surely someone has 10 to 1 likes to posts because they just post in SWTV about how much they like Rebels or whatever. Better just deluge people in requests about it.

I'm not bitter about a certain common discussion topic from back in the day or anything if that's your incorrect impression.

The only reason I have more likes than posts is because of the split into fun and games lol so it doesn’t really count.

To be fair to me I only ever requested 1 trophy and I thought it made sense. Sure it was probably right after I joined. But at least it wasn’t something stupid like why don’t we have trophies for 20k likes or 30k likes etc.

Was that really a thing that people would get a ridiculous amount of likes from SWTV?

 

Yes, the original stereotype about likes was that they were stingily applied in a lot of the forum but were handed out like candy in what was then called LACWAC. As they became more of an established part of the forum this died out, but it’s immortalized in the trophy for 8000 likes (which I also didn’t have an overabundance of fondness for implementing, this is really bringing back a lot of bitter memories about meaningless trivial things).

And this was not just you.

 

How do you get so many likes talking about the Clone Wars

 

Well I also hand out likes like candy but I don’t post in SWTV as often. Maybe something rubbed off on me back when I first joined and that was the only place I posted in.

Talk about how Dave Filoni is the only one who truly understands Star Wars and the only reason Star Wars shows are good is because of him and his amazing god like talent

I agree, we shouldn’t let SWTV distract us from the real issue, which is that we somehow don’t have a series of 500 point trophies that can only be achieved by being registered for five years with at most one post and at least 700 likes.
