I happy to finally release this fic for @devilinthedetails' fan fiction summer olympics.

This story is on Archex leaving Jakku as a child.

This story is for the 110 world hurdle.

A Fateful Dune

A boy rose over a red sandy dune.

He was lugging a heap of scrap behind him heading towards the ruined A-wing he called his less than perfect home.
He had lost his parents long ago, the only reminder of them a wooden happabore his father had made.

He rose over the dune, and then he saw it: a hope of salvation, a starship. The boy realized this was his only hope of leaving his hard life and getting to civilisation.

He arrived and met a ginger man in a crisp uniform. The man spoke. ''Boy, my name is Brendol Hux, how would you like a full stomach and a place to sleep. The first order can give you this.''

 

Great start! It's been a while since I read the Phasma novel but I'm looking forward to reading more about Archex aka Cardinal aka the only guy who saw Gwendoline Christie Phasma's face and lived to know about it

Rescued by a Hux, huh? Not sure escaping Jakku is worth it. Time will tell. Great start.
