CT Darth Vader not so evil

Darth Vader may seem to be on the dark side in the film. But the voice actor who plays him is not so evil infact he is Quite nice in person I been told.

I'm sure he is. He certainly is nice to voice the character into his eighties. He was 85 when Rogue One was released and when Vader's final episodes in Rebels were broadcast. (If Vader has had any other speaking roles after 2016, let me know.) The interesting thing is that he refused to be credited as Vader's voice until the release of ROTJ.

The funny thing is that he denied that he performed Vader at all. Granted, I think that he believed the actors on set deserved more credit. By TESB, he seemed to understand that he was performing as Darth Vader's vocabulator. Thus, he considered his performance a "special effect." Just to be clear: Both Darth Malak and Darth Plagueis also had vocabulators due to their injuries.

 

This is him on the big bang theory. Where him and Sheldon cooper have a day together.

He comes across as such a lovely man, and a great talent too. I especially love James in Coming to America as King Jaffe Joffer.

 

Most Voice Actors aren't as evil as the characters they portray..

He was very good in The UFO Incident (1975).

 

This thread scared me for a second. I'm glad to see he's still with us though.

 

He was also a member of Major Kong's flight crew in Dr. Strangelove. Or to give it its full title - Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb.
