If Carth DOES want to talk about it in the remake I might just have to wipe that pathetic planet from the face of the galaxy (which doesn't even make sense Malak).

 

There'll absolutely be a joke about Carth's trust issues in the remake. There was one in KotOR II.

 

Where was the joke in KOTOR 2?

Its so easy to do a remaster too. 343 remastered Halo Combat Evolved with the 10th Anniversary edition.

What got changed in the Spyro and Crash games? As visually they look very similar to the originals.

 

Some small changes, nothing major. In crash you can jump a bit faster (more like later games) and spyro alters some little things. Also in Spyro all the dragons look VERY different from the OG. People were really happy with them.

I hadn't played them before as I had an n64. So I enjoyed Spyro.

 

What would be neat is if Kotor was multiplayer: splitescreen where you and friend could each be someone in the party like Bastila or Carth. You’d have to share Revan.

 

How about if you could play different classes and then team up to do some missions together? Like a Multiplayer game, maybe Online.

 

Isn’t that how The Old Republic MMORPG works? Or am I mistaken? I haven’t played TOR in a long time.

It will probably have similarities and nostalgia am sure, but other wise original storyline to more align with neo-canon . I don't think you can run a near identical storyline with the same plot twists again. And his is like what the 3rd time they're bringing Revan back, its not really that exciting.


But its a strange choice for a remake. Since The best selling Star Wars Games pre-Disney ( non Lego), have been The Force Unleashed, Battlefront 1 & 2 and Shadow of the Empire.

 

Well to be fair this is Revan remade, not a continuation of his story like in TOR. I admit I am slightly worried how they’ll handle The Savior and Dark Lord.

 

A couple of weeks after the news broke - I'm curious: is it bane or boon to have not played the original?

 

I mean from a story perspective 50/50 cuz at least you won't be comparing how the original one played out.

Gameplay wise i think any update is gonna be a improvement.

 

Revan, Malak and Nihilus were featured in the concept art for TROS for Exegol. The Visual Guide and novels named a bunch of Sith but not Malak or Nihilus but I expect them for this game.

 

I dunno about Nihilus but I’d say Malak is a fairly safe bet.

 

Nihilus is Kotor II, so unless they want to show his rise to power during The Mando Wars, I doubt he’ll be in the remake. An easter egg, sure, but prominate? No.
