The problem with that logic is that Palpatine´s death doesn´t end the conflict though, there more Sith to come, its an endless struggle and in the end Palpatine was just one in a long line that existed long before him and will continue beyond him. He is hardly Satan...

I disagree. In my opinion Palpatine’s death represents the final destruction of the Sith by the Chosen One. No other Sith has existed after Darth Sidious’ death, because Jacen Solo never turned to the Dark Side (the Denningverse is just a Fanfiction) and Darth Krayt is not a true Sith Lord, since Darth Bane himself, the Sith’ari, excommunicated him and his One Sith. Sidious’ death is not the death of any Sith, it’s the death of the last Sith, it’s the culmination of a battle that has been going on for thousands of years and that has cost millions of lives to the Galaxy: the battle between the Jedi and the Sith. Of course, after Sidious’ death and the extinction of the Sith there were other Dark Side users (such as "Darth" Krayt), but no other Sith ever existed again. The Order created by the Second Great Schism became extinct when Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One, rose again and killed Darth Sidious and Darth Vader, extinguishing the Sith and their legacy forever. Palpatine’s death is therefore not just any event, it’s the culmination of a conflict that has been going on for thousands of years, it’s an extremely important event. That’s why I think Palpatine’s resurrection is a bad idea. If you really think it’s necessary to resurrect Sidious, at least you must have the decency to make Anakin’s Force Ghost to kill him permanently. If the Dark Empire comics had taken this path, I wouldn’t criticize them, but since it’s not Anakin who kills Sidious once and for all, then for me those comics simply don’t exist.
If I have to be honest I’m sorry to have to give up the Dark Empire comics, because giving up them I’m also forced to give up the connected media, such as the Crimson Empire comics and other media set during the Dark Empire era. But I am a person who has very strong principles, and if I think in a certain way then I try to be consistent and I’m willing to make sacrifices to support my ideas.

Lumiya and Krayt are both Sith offshoots.

I wish we had something on the early republic or late pre republic-in between the collapse of the rakatan infinite empire and the founding of the old republic.

I don’t consider either of them a Sith. Lumiya does not even exist in my personal universe, while Krayt was declared a fake Sith by the Sith'ari himself (Darth Bane) and therefore does not count as a real Sith.

    I agree.

    Too bad
I personally think Lumiya is a great character (especially in David Michelinie and Jo Duffy's comics in which she made her first appearances as Shira then Lumiya)

Problem is that we you accept Palpatine as the final, real, Sith. Then his death and the end of the Sith is rather meaningless. New darksiders will pick up what they left behind. The War continues, nothing really changes in the long run. At least in the old EU Palpatine was clearly just one in an endless line, did he come further than the vast majority before or after him? Sure. But there is little unique about him. It was just one battle amongst many in this endless war...

    Star Wars Union 2.0

6 issue comic series with a framing story set in the Legacy Era but each issue contains flashbacks to another time in the past that is relevant to the future.

1 The Wedding of Marasiah Fel is interrupted by an uninvited guest
Flashback: The many Weddings of Jaina Solo

Abeloth is back and she wants to party at someone elses wedding. But will they recognise her in her latest disguise? And who all is under her thrall already? Meanwhile, we learn why Jaina Solo and Jagged Fel had to remarry several times over the course of their life and love.

2 As the wedding is under attack, unexpected allies attempt to save the day
Flashback: The Union of Hapes and Dathomir, a Tenel Ka and Allana Tale

As those few who recognise the threat for what it truly is try to defeat Abeloth's many guises, they in doing so crash the wedding and bring other guests up against them, unknowing why they attack imposters and try to save them all. For decades a group of Hapan-Dathomirian Jedi offshoot had kept looking for Abeloth and waited for her return, preparing. Now they were ready to take her on even if it meant that the Imperial Knights and others would try to stop them. Meanwhile, Tenel Ka and Allana finally enact reforms in the Cluster and on Dathomir and manage to bridge and unite both cultures in a new union.

3 With friends and even the bride and groom ending up on different sides of the fight, chaos grows
Flashback: The difficult Union of Jedi and Sith, a Ben Skywalker & Vestara Khai Tale

As more people realize and grasp what truly transpires, they support the defenders as their closest friends still fight them. So it happens that even Marasiah joins into the fray as her husband does not recognise why. Meanwhile another earlier Abeloth sighting brings Jedi and Sith closer than ever before ending in a union of Ben Skywalker and Vestara Khai briefly before their relationship breaks again as another Jedi and Sith Alliance and joint Council crumbles away and Abeloth vanishes again.

4 Breaking the curse that divided the wedding entourage, they unite against a common foe
Flashback: The Mortis Knights Tale and the Throne of Balance

With the arrival of a powerful enemy even Abeloth knows and by now fears, the wedding entourage unites in knowledge of what is transpiring against her. The old lady that now leads the effort to catch or destroy Abeloth uses her own magick and Forcepowers to free those in her thrall and render her illusions void. Meanwhile, the Mortis Knights find not what they have been looking for, but that confirmation that what once was guided from a spiritual realm, now is in the hands of the mortal realm. Thrones needn't be taken on Mortis but their roles can be filled in the real world, and the Throne of Balance is about to be taken as an old vision comes finally to pass and even the dead and a certain ghost of Jedi and Sith eagerly await which version of his vision will be fullfilled. As Allana ascends to the Hapan Throne, finally realizing its ancient celestial origin and meaning as well as that of the celestially constructed Cluster, Jacen Solo guides her from the Netherworld as she is surrounded by friends and family.

5 To heal old divides, you need to conquer fear, despite those trying to reawaken it
Flashback: The Ossus Project: A Union of Cultures

Alive and well as the spiritual leader of the galaxy, long ago freed of politics and regionally limited powers, Allana reveals herself to the wedding entourage as her Hapan-Dathomiri Forceguard chase Abeloth around the premise, having successfully spriung a trap to render her unable to leave.
Meanwhile, the promising Ossus Project is sabotaged by the Sith to fail and instead of bridge cultures reawaken old fears and nearly start another Vong War. In all this, Kol Skywalker finds love with an Imperial, and despite loosing her again, the Project lays the groundwork and seeds for the union of cultures much later only.

6 The wedding finally can be completed and the party begins with the dawn of a new era for the galaxy
Flashsideways: The last Days of Darth Nihl

Together, all attendants are able to trap Abeloth and Allana catches her in an old Rakatan Mindprison box, hoping it shall never be opened again. Later she officiates the wedding of Marasiah and balance prevails. One of Allanas agents, Ania Solo, returns to the side of her grandmother.
Concurrent to the entrapment of Abeloth, chaos is defeated in the galaxy as the hunting parties lead by Cade Skywalker and a group of Yuuzhan Vong specialists and Vong Forceusers capture Darth Nihl, last missing Sith that had escaped to a satellite galaxy. Instead of death, Nihl and his acolytes are brought in to trial and offered a chance at redemption, safe from retribution demands by those they hurt. Many accept, but Darth Nihl would take decades before finally taking the offer as it still stood after years of prison.

The biggest one for me is the unfinished Sword of the Jedi trilogy. I'd also really like a follow up to the Bane books about Darth Zannah training Darth Cognus and maybe more beyond that. I think there was potential in continuing that storyline for at least a few generations of Sith.

Continue the story of Luke, Han, Leia, Jaina, Ben etc. after Crucible. They are up against an ancient evil that even Abeloth fear, the Old Ones/Immortal Gods of the Sith. The big three would die heroic deaths, Allana will rule the galaxy in a time of peace and we would see the formation of the Imperial Knights and Ben Skywalker rising to become the leader of the Jedi. Ideally dead characters like Anakin, Obi Wan, Mara Jade, Jacen etc would return to participate in the final battle.

Other than this I would love if Luceno could write more Plagueis like books about other characters, something that explore other Banite Sith would be gold.

The 1000 year era of peace (High Republic in canon) should have been explored more, a Yoda book could work well here.

Continue the Dawn of the Jedi stories by having books about the first Sith.

The New Sith Wars should have been explored more. Maybe some video games could take place here?

Given cloning and doppelganger stuff is kinda overdone, I want Maul to return in a new unique way befitting his character and background. We do know Dathomiri Nightsisters can bring back the dead as zombies... but no full resurrection. We also know spirits of Nightsisters haunt Dathomir (as in Rebels) and can posess people.

So Maul could, theoretically be summoned like these Zombies via Dathomiri Force magick and then his spirit anchored in a body to posess so that he is back in the flesh in a new body. Maybe a Nightbrother sacrificing himself to take Maul in... Maul then adds the tatoos of old himself to the new body (with new legs, no metal ones anymore!).

In general it'd be cool if Maul showed some powers only female witches had so far... like raising zombies, or spiritwalking as Talzin often did, etc. He'd reach a whole new level of power.

I don't know about y'all but I want some serious attention (novels, comics, video games) given to the archaic millennia of The Republic. I'm starving for more information about the Tionese Wars, Alsakan Conflicts, Xim's War, Pius Dea Crusades, and more...

The Reenlistment of Baron Fel is the main thing I'd like to see, especially as it's supposedly semi-complete already. Between that, Tycho's capture, Rogue Squadron's dissolution, and the fate of the Rogues who we didn't see again, there's a lot of material to explore in between the X-Wing comics and books.
Some official answers on Clone Wars and ABY chronology, too - they were introducing new contradictions right up to the end of the EU, so a "post-mortem" look over the eras to straighten out the inconsistencies where possible would be good.

A handful of mini series set in 6X-7X ABY. I'd like to see more material that attempts to reconcile most of the events of the EU (which more or less end at 44 ABY) with what we know from Cade's future. The Fel Empire is still a relatively new player on the galactic stage, the lingering effects of the Vong war, and whatever the Galactic Alliance was up to.
Could be told from the perspective of Ben's kid(Kol's dad?), or anyone really.
