What or who is your favorite type of droid and why

I remember a wookie having a protocol droid's head strapped to him, which served the same purpose.

There's Hallis Saper, but she's not a Wookiee. Dunno if there's any other instances of anyone doing the same thing.

Edit: Oh wait maybe you're thinking of Lowbacca and M-TD. That's actually why I posted earlier, I was going through Agents of Chaos I, and it mentioned that Lowbacca had a floating translator droid. Looking a bit more on Wookieepedia, I think M-TD was originally strapped to his belt and only later got upgraded with repulsors.

I don't know if they are actually a thing but I'm playing a Star Wars mod for Mount & Blade Warband and they have implemented Enhanced B1s and B1 Snipers. Elite B1s like these are really cool to me. No grand size, no special abilities like shields and rockets, just good, solid soldiers. Always loved the design on the regular ones but them being so dumb put me a bit off.

 

My favorite type of droid is a Holo-Droid because since I love em all, I wouldn't exactly have to choose a specific droid.

My second favorite is the pilot droid H2, what a wonderful...weird little guy.
