TV Discussion Rangers of the New Republic

I thought that's what they were hinting at with the little chat at the end of TBOBF - Boba saying he wasn't cut out for the role and then showing Vanth being modded. That would then leave Boba and his gang to go off on their adventures.

 

I think I'd much prefer that. It's closer to what a lot of us wanted out of a Boba Fett show.

After watching the first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi, this idea came to me...

The first episode has what I think is the first mention of the Aquilian Rangers in official Star Wars content. For those who don't know, the Aquilian Rangers were a concept from the older drafts of Star Wars where Aquilae was a major setting. Hearing them referenced in Obi-Wan Kenobi made me pretty happy, but now I would honestly like a "Rangers of the New Republic" show to actually be about them, with Aquilae possibly connecting to the cloning plotline from The Mandalorian since Aquilae did have cloning and other scientific knowledge in those rough drafts. I know this is very unlikely, but personally I would love a throwback to the older ideas and concepts of Star Wars and see them fleshed out in canon. It would especially be cool to see Aquilae on screen.
