I actually find it fascinating that Andrew Heaney is actually having such a reliable year for LA that they'd have him warming up to be brought in early in a playoff game when their starter doesn't have it. He wasn't much to go by with the Angels and the Yankees couldn't wait to get rid of him.

Amazing day for the Phils yesterday - I won't post this every time but it has been a long long time since we've had playoff baseball in Philadelphia and it's so much fun to see the Phillies making some noise. That line-up is a little all or nothing, which can be maddening for sure. Really felt good for Hoskins. And this may sound weird but it's great to see Harper having a good playoff run so far - the Phillies FINALLY get to the playoffs and he is definitely "in the moment". Have certainly seen cases where legit stars just don't have it come playoff time.

No idea how today is going to go, since the Phillies may have to run ...who knows who...out to pitch! , but fingers crossed. I had promised someone I;d go to the Flyers game today, so will have to check in on the Phils via my phone, but that might be easier on the nerves anyway.
