    Bumped into this in my YT timeline:



    I find interesting how the games division seems so apart from the MCU. A movie about this Midnight Sons would only be released in 2032 the way the characters are joining the MCU.
    Anyway a cute animation.

    They want the games to do their own thing, given that games have longer development times and require more involvement by the player (so its less beneficial, and more difficult, to have them require you to have played another game previously for a shared world). And if you try tying into a film release you tend to get a rushed result. And if you try just looking like the films without being them, you run into the "you've captured their stunt doubles!" problem that the Avengers game ran into. Added bonus if you get to use games to popularize certain characters or groups before they become films/shows.

    I never rated Wonderman in comics, and was meh about him when the guy from Firefly was being touted as him in the MCU. This casting has piqued my interest though. I enjoyed his take on Dr Manhattan

    There was an iteration of him in the comics who was Black, so this adds to my amusement over The Usual Suspects wailing a gnashing their teeth over the casting

    Yahya is fantastic, mostly seen him do drama but in Matrix Resurrections and even a bit in Candyman he had some comedic bits so I'll buy it. Teaming anyone up with Trevor Slattery is an automatic win anyway

    More Plaza is always good. In fact, this is still not enough Plaza. I don't know who her character is but announce her own spin-off already.

    Not a bad idea but slight complication is the flashback in Wandavison already established digital deaged Kathryn Hann as young Agatha so they kinda called their shot, as a lot of MCU content goes that route

    She was great on Legion. That show was amazing. Well, I wasn't thrilled with the direction they took the main character in the end but overall, a great show that seems to be overlooked/never discussed. The visuals on that show were incredible.

    Anywho it'll be great to see Plaza on this new show. I could see her having a lot of fun with whatever character she plays.
