    Clear evidence LFL wants to throw the entire ST to the bin and remake it with CG OT characters. Despite those silly quotes by KK about future movies focusing on the ST era. She meant remaking the ST as well, come on.

    It’s all clear guys. It has always been.

    This is a promo video to hype the new season. It says so in the description.
    Ok, I'm going to address this clearly, in thread.

    @2Cleva the reason people post things like the above is because you have posted relentlessly for years with an obvious agenda, and people are sick of it. People can only take so much of a shtick before they start ridiculing it. Your feelings about what you think LFL is planning is well documented. You don't need to keep posting things trying to prove your point with paper thin evidence. It just aggravates everyone.

    That being said, EVERYONE STOP rising to the bait, and posting ridiculing comments. You aren't changing his mind. Just ignore it, if you can't keep from taking digs. This back and forth has been going on for years. Just put him on ignore if you're that bothered by his posts. The Mod staff is sick of the pointless drama.

    I don't know... I think it would have made sense to include randomly inserted footage from The Last Jedi into a video completely dedicated to The Mandalorian. The only reason not to is clearly shame.

    Integrated tv and movie vision. More weaved in than MCU/Disney+. Similar to the DCU’s future plan.

    Original Star Wars TV series #1 begins the story —> Movie #1 continues it along (same actors/voices) —> TV series #2 picks it up (retaining returning actors, introducing new ones) but perhaps serves as a spinoff rather than direct ‘sequel’ —> Movie #2 takes it from there (same cast).

    It seems like the loss of subscribers has more to do with Disney+ losing streaming rights for cricket in India rather than anything else, so I doubt there'll be significant changes to the movies-to-shows ratio. Disney shares are up 3% since yesterday.

    I'm more concerned about Disney firing 7,000 workers while giving bonuses to the people who sit back and do nothing.

    I was about to comment this, but should have known you'd be on hand to provide the very important context. Numbers without context are just that... numbers. There's a reason and a narrative, and it isn't always "business is bad, everything failing, hit the panic button."
