I called Barrington's customer service line, but the voice mail system doesn't give you any options for reaching a real, live person! I simply want to verify the number of screens and find out if the line will be indoors or out. Sheesh!

 

5 screens and last time the line was outside so i assume the same for this time.

Five screens is a lot. It's kinda amazing to hear it's all sold out! That's gotta be more than 2,000 seats, right?

Hello, apology.

 

Hopefully most of my crew will be getting there around 7pm. I'm able to get out of work by 4 today, but I have to go home, put on my costume, & pick one of my friends up. There's a total of 12 of us, but some can't make it until after 10. Hopefull we'll be able to save a few seats like last time.

And FYI, didn't I read somewhere that Crown theaters at Village Crossing(Touhy & Central in skokie) got a DLP recently? I'll have to check it out next week.

This is my last official pre-AOTC post. When we meet again, I will have experienced the holy trini....uh I mean movie.
I'm leaving my apartment in Macomb right now. Meeting some friends before hand, and we will be in Barrington around 11. Not sure what to expect really.

WOW!

What a great time at AMC last night!!

For those not in theater 15, some lucky guy proposed to his girlfried right before the movie started...sweet.

 

Yes, that was nice, but we had to endure a Biblical plague of bugs while standing in line outside! Arghhhh!

 

That some sweet fun. I was in theater 15.

I brought a boom box and was playing SW music and Y.O.D.A. and stuff the whole time. I also went around in a Jar Jar mask and lightsaber fought a bunch of dudes. Anyone see the guy with the Jar Jar mask?

I was dressed up as a Jedi, so it was great fun to go mess with the stormies.

 

UP! I want to hear stories of people who saw it here!

 

I was in the same theater that had the dude propose to his girlfriend before the show started. That was crazy. Those stormtroopers and tuskens who walked in were great too.

My friends and I came late because of that car accident on Barrington, so we were stuck on the other side of the highway. We had bad seats in the 4th row near the front. It didn't matter though cause I still loved the movie.

 

Hey dude, I think I saw you with the Jar Jar Mask. Were you all the way in the aisle seat on the right side? Yeah I saw ya.

 

Well, yah, my friend was wearing it, but yah, that's the mask.


I ran up and "killed" a stormtrooper with my lightsaber while they were patrolling the isles. FUN!

 

Yeah, that was pretty funny.

I say everyone who was there read this thing over again. That was so fun!

BTW, does anyone happen to have ANY pictures of the midnight showing there? I only got one picture out of the whole thing because my camera broke after the first picture! I'd love to have more pictures, so if you have any please post ALL of them here! I'd be REALLY greatful.
